Refund policy

30-day returns

We want you to love your Sea Ceiling. If you don't, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.

How to start a return
1. Email us at gtrampjack@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
2. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
3. Please don't send items back before contacting us, as we can't process returns sent without instructions.

Conditions
- Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, with all parts included.
- For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer.
- Free gifts (such as the coloring book) don't need to be returned.

Damaged, faulty or lost orders
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, or never arrives, contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, and you won't pay any shipping. A photo of the damage helps us sort it out faster.

Refunds
Once your return is received and checked, we'll refund your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

Your rights
This policy is in addition to your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act and Australian Consumer Law, which aren't affected.
